East Construction’s 25 meter high Polymeric Reinforced Soil System Wall in Artvin Hydroelectric Plant is nearly finalized. Realized for Doğuş Energy Group together with ESTA will be one of the successful applications of Polymeric Reinforced Soil Systems for Hydroelectric Plants in Turkey.
